Night Receptionist - Italian speaking
Our Boutique Hotel 5* is part of an important Italian group, called SD Hotels, mostly based in Southern Italy. However the company is growing fast, expanding and planning new opening in Central and Northern Italy as well as overseas.
The role:
We’re looking for a friendly and passionate Night Receptionist to join our hotel situated in the heart of Chelsea, London. We look for candidates to have an absolute commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, a charismatic personality and a natural flair for creating memorable experiences with all of our guests.
We require a good fluency in the English language. Italian speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures for guests
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Skills:
- Strong guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and fax machines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £14.50 per hour
