What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting day-to-day living, including meal planning, cooking and shopping
- Assisting with scheduling and attending appointments
- Encouraging participation in social, leisure and community activities
- Supporting engagement in volunteering and physical activities
- Providing structure and guidance to help maintain routines
- Promoting independence, confidence and skill development

About You

You will:
- Be reliable, patient and motivated to support others
- Have good organisational and communication skills
- Be able to follow structured support plans
- Be confident supporting someone to build independence
- Hold a full UK driving licence (manual)
