Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front of House Team Member to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and supporting the smooth operation of our establishment. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality, food service, and creating memorable experiences for guests. Previous experience in food preparation, serving, or hospitality is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.
Hours will be Tuesday - Saturday 12pm - 4pm
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit
- Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages efficiently
- Assist with food and drinks preparation and presentation as needed, ensuring high standards of quality and hygiene
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and reception
- Handle customer enquiries professionally and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure seamless service delivery
- Uphold health and safety standards in accordance with company policies and regulations
- Promote a positive environment that encourages teamwork and guest engagement
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is desirable but not mandatory
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking, or culinary techniques is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanour
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required
- A genuine interest in hospitality and providing outstanding guest experiences
