Rutledge Recruitment is currently seeking Skilled General Operatives for a busy manufacturing company based in the Ballymoney Town area.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 4:30pm
- Friday: 7:00am – 12:30pm (early finish)
- 40 hours per week
Pay Rate:
- Starting from £13.50 per hour
- Pay increase following successful probation period
- Overtime available
Key Responsibilities:
- Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Setting up and operating machinery
- Using hand and power tools, including drills and angle grinders
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
- Picking and preparing materials and components for production, including metal and PVC materials
- Working in line with Health & Safety procedures
Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing/production experience required
- Previous commercial power tool experience required
- Heavy manual handling capability
- Reliable and hardworking attitude
