Job Summary
Viewing assistants are instrumental in helping our buyers find their dream home. You will accompany prospective buyers around a wide range of properties and share our enthusiasm for our properties by delivering a friendly, welcoming, and professional service.
You will have a professional appearance, excellent communication skills, be articulate and have an engaging personality. Good time management and organisational skills are also a must. You will need to use your own car, for which you will be reimbursed with a mileage allowance.

Salary and package

Responsibilities and duties
· Accompanying applicants to view properties.
· Ensure security of the property.
· Promote the benefits of each property.
· Be familiar with the local area, transport links, schools and amenities.

· Must have the permanent right to work in the U.K.
· Clean, full driving licence.
· Use of a car.
