We are looking for caring, reliable and compassionate Community Support Workers to join our expanding team.
The Role
Supporting adults within their own homes and the community by providing:
- Companionship
- Shopping and errands
- Meal preparation
- Social outings
- Wellbeing checks
- Support to attend appointments
- Healthy ageing activities
- Light household support
- Encouragement to remain independent
- Observation and reporting of any changes in health or wellbeing
This is not a rushed, task-focused role. We believe in building meaningful relationships and supporting people to live well.

Essential
- Full UK driving licence
