Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions
- Negotiate terms of sales agreements, ensuring mutual benefit for both the client and organisation
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales progress using organisational tools
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster ongoing relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate sales activities and optimise customer service
- Assist in administrative tasks related to sales processes, including preparing proposals and contracts
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and product updates to effectively advise clients
Skills
- Proven administrative experience with strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to engage with a diverse client base
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and close deals effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Organised approach to managing multiple client accounts and sales pipelines
