Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic logistics team. This role involves a variety of tasks centred around materials handling, stock management, and ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and experience in warehouse environments. Responsibilities
- Handling materials efficiently through picking, packing, and stock replenishment to meet daily operational targets
- Managing inventory using warehouse management systems to ensure accurate stock levels and location tracking
- Conducting quality control checks to maintain high standards of product integrity
- Organising stock storage areas for optimal space utilisation and ease of access
- Ensuring the warehouse environment remains clean, safe, and compliant with health and safety regulations
Experience
- Familiarity with materials handling techniques, including picking & packing and stock stocking
- Prior experience in shipping & receiving processes will be considered an asset
