We are looking for a Production Worker to join our team making and loading precast concrete products.
- £14.42 per hour with overtime rate after 45 hours!

Duties include:
- Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets;
- Thoroughly cleaning beds in preparation for the next pour;
- Setting up beds accurately to ensure high quality products to customer specifications;
- Cleaning aisles and ends of concrete beds to ensure a safe working environment;
- Handling concrete product safely using a forklift;
- Using and maintaining machinery and tools in accordance with training and safe operating procedures to ensure highest standards of safety are maintained at all times;
- Being responsible for your own health and safety and that of others at all times.
Requirements:
- This is a physically demanding position, therefore candidates should be physically fit;
- Strong focus on delivering quality products safely;
- A commitment to working as a team to meet daily production targets;
- Must be reactive to feedback and receptive to change;
- Forklift experience is advantageous although in house training and certification will be arranged.
Successful candidates will be subject to a three month trial period to assess performance and reliability.
