Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and sales-driven Van Driver to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Safely operate a commercial van, including flatbed vehicles, to deliver goods to clients across designated routes
- Engage with customers professionally during deliveries, promoting products and services to increase sales opportunities
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders, adhering to scheduled routes and deadlines
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and basic mechanical checks to maintain vehicle safety and functionality
- Assist with loading and unloading goods at warehouses or client sites, ensuring proper handling of products
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and communicate effectively with the dispatch team regarding delivery status or issues
- Adhere strictly to road safety regulations and company policies during all driving activities
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record
- Experience with warehouse operations or logistics is advantageous
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with clients and team members
- Demonstrable ability to manage time efficiently and work independently in a fast-paced environment
