We are looking for a creative and commercially minded Email Marketing & Social Media Executive to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong email marketing expertise with social media creativity and a passion for ecommerce.
The Role
You will be responsible for planning, creating and executing engaging email campaigns through Klaviyo, while also supporting the growth and performance of our social media channels. You will work closely with the ecommerce, creative and merchandising teams to drive customer engagement, retention and revenue.
Key ResponsibilitiesEmail Marketing (Klaviyo)
- Manage and optimise all email marketing activity using Klaviyo.
- Build and execute weekly promotional campaigns, product launches and seasonal marketing campaigns.
- Create and optimise automated customer journeys including:
- Welcome Series
- Browse Abandonment
- Cart Abandonment
- Post-Purchase Flows
- Win-Back Campaigns
- VIP & Loyalty Communications
- Segment audiences to deliver personalised and targeted content.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, offers and send times.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates and revenue.
- Maintain email database health and ensure GDPR compliance.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce visually engaging emails aligned with the Dibor brand.
Social Media Marketing
- Plan, create and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
- Develop engaging content that showcases Dibor's products, seasonal collections and brand story.
- Manage community engagement, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Work with influencers, content creators and brand ambassadors to grow brand awareness.
- Monitor social media trends and recommend new opportunities for growth.
- Track and report on social media performance metrics and campaign results.
- Support paid social campaigns alongside the wider marketing team.
General Marketing Responsibilities
- Support key trading events including Spring/Summer launches, Autumn/Winter campaigns, Black Friday and Christmas.
- Assist with content creation including product copy, blog content and campaign messaging.
- Analyse customer behaviour and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with ecommerce and merchandising teams to maximise campaign effectiveness.
Skills & ExperienceEssential
- Minimum 2 years' experience in email marketing, ecommerce marketing or digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience using Klaviyo.
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, automation and segmentation.
- Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or retailer.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting marketing data.
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Commercial mindset with a focus on driving revenue and customer engagement.
Desirable
- Experience within homeware, interiors, gifting, lifestyle or ecommerce retail.
- Experience with Shopify.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and paid social advertising.
- Experience with influencer marketing and user-generated content campaigns.
- Basic HTML email editing skills.
