We are looking for kind, reliable and compassionate people to join our team of Domiciliary Care Workers.
You will support people in their own homes, helping them remain safe, comfortable and as independent as possible.
Your role will include:
- Supporting with washing, dressing, toileting and other personal care
- Assisting with medication following training
- Preparing meals and drinks
- Helping with light cleaning, laundry and shopping
- Supporting people to attend appointments and access the community
- Promoting each person’s dignity, privacy and independence
- Monitoring clients’ wellbeing and reporting any concerns
- Completing accurate daily care records
We are looking for someone who is:
- Caring, patient and respectful
- Reliable and trustworthy
- A good communicator
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care
- Willing to complete the required training and development
Previous care experience is desirable, but a caring attitude and commitment to supporting others are equally important.
