Labourer

Paragon RS are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Site Labourer to work on a busy Construction site.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with site experience who is confident supporting multiple trades, maintaining a safe and tidy working environment, and managing site traffic movements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting site trades including carpenters, bricklayers, groundworkers, electricians, and plumbers as required
- Moving materials, tools, and equipment safely around the site
- Cleaning up after trades and ensuring work areas are kept tidy and hazard-free
- Removing waste and disposing of materials in line with site procedures
- Sweeping, clearing walkways, and maintaining general site cleanliness
- Assisting with loading and unloading deliveries
- Supporting the Site Manager with general labouring duties
- Following all health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements
- Previous construction site labouring experience
- Good understanding of site health and safety
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and physically fit
