Paten & Co is seeking an experienced, passionate, and commercially driven General Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of our food and beverage business in Stamford. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving financial performance, leading and developing teams, and ensuring the highest standards of hospitality, food quality, and service excellence.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a strong presence on the floor, excellent operational knowledge, and the ability to inspire teams while maintaining a focus on profitability and customer satisfaction.
