- £13.45 per hour
- 33–44 hours per week
- Day Shifts: 8:00am – 8:00pm
About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you will play an important part in supporting residents to live comfortably, safely and with dignity. Every day is different, and you'll help create a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel valued and respected.
Your duties will include:
- Providing high-quality personal care with dignity and respect.
- Supporting residents with washing, dressing, toileting and mobility.
- Assisting residents with meals and encouraging good nutrition and hydration.
- Building positive relationships with residents and their families.
- Promoting independence and encouraging residents to take part in daily activities.
- Maintaining accurate care records.
- Working closely with the wider care team to deliver outstanding person-centred care.
- Following all safeguarding, health & safety and infection prevention procedures.

- Reliability and a positive attitude.
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential, as full training can be provided.
- A genuine passion for supporting older people.
