Working Hours
This is a flexible position starting on a part-time basis, with the potential to develop into full-time hours as the business grows. Please state your availability from Monday–Sunday when applying.
The Role
We’re looking for a reliable Barista / Drink Maker who can confidently run the shop during their shift. You’ll be responsible for preparing drinks to a high standard, maintaining the space, and making sure every customer has a friendly and enjoyable experience.
About Us
We’re a matcha, coffee and bubble tea shop. Our focus is on high-quality cold matcha and coffee drinks — smooth, balanced and made with care — alongside a small, curated range of bubble teas and food.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee and matcha drinks, as well as a range of bubble teas.
- Confidently manage opening or closing the shop.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace and customer area.
- Handle payments and basic POS operations.
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed.
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service.
- Follow recipes and presentation standards consistently.
Requirements
- Flexible with shifts and able to adapt to the needs of a growing business.
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Friendly, calm and reliable under pressure.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
