Panel Beater / Fitter — Bodyshop, Mill Lane NW6
£44,000–£50,000 a year basic + monthly shop bonus (OTE £52,000–£58,000])

Woodstock Motors has been fixing cars in North West London since 1967. Family-run, five sites, and our Mill Lane bodyshop is busy all year with insurance, AA recovery, retail and trade work. We're looking for an experienced panel beater/fitter to join the team.
The work
- Strip and refit — panels, trim, glass, mechanical and electrical components
- Panel replacement, straightening, filling and shaping
- MIG welding, bonding and riveting
- Jig and alignment work
- Plastic and composite repair
- Prep to paint standard, first time, no comebacks
What we need from you
- Minimum 3 years in a bodyshop as a panel beater, panel tech or MET fitter
- Your own hand tools
- Able to work to manufacturer repair method with minimal supervision
- Full UK driving licence
- ATA or NVQ Level 3 welcome — solid hands-on experience counts for as much
- Enough English to work safely from job cards and method sheets. Additional languages welcome
What you get
- £21–£24 per hour depending on experience
- Monthly shop bonus — £1 for every labour and paint hour booked out across the whole shop. Typically £[X] a month on top. When the shop does well, everyone does well, not just the bay that got the big job
- Overtime available, paid at [rate]
- [Monday–Friday, 8:00–5:30]
