We are looking for a passionate and motivated hospitality professional to join our team and help deliver exceptional guest experiences. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy hospitality environment and wants to take the next step in their career.
Working closely with the General Manager, you will support the day-to-day running of the venue, help lead our Front of House team, and ensure every guest receives warm, professional and consistent service. You will also take responsibility for the venue during the General Manager’s absence.
If you have strong hospitality skills, a good understanding of food and beverage service, and enjoy working with people, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in the day-to-day operation of the venue
- Supervise and motivate a small Front of House team
- Deliver consistently high standards of hospitality and customer service
- Identify training needs and help develop team members
- Encourage proactive sales and help drive the business forward
- Build relationships with guests and help grow our regular customer base
- Carry out opening and closing procedures, ensuring the security of the premises
- Handle cash and card payments accurately
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure orders are delivered accurately and efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a bar, restaurant or hospitality environment
- A friendly, confident and professional approach with guests
- Strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of cocktails, wine and food & beverage service
- A willingness to learn and develop your hospitality knowledge
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Must possess a Personal Licence
- Ability to remain calm and organised in a busy environment
