We are looking for an experienced and proactive Receptionist to join our aesthetic clinic. This is a key role for someone who is passionate about client care, organisation, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations.

Your Responsibilities:
- Greeting clients and managing bookings
- Maintaining and updating the appointment system
- Taking control of stock and placing orders as needed
- Preparing treatment rooms ahead of each appointment
- Assisting therapists and supporting smooth clinic operations
- Selling treatment packages and promoting services
- Ensuring the clinic is clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an aesthetic or beauty clinic is essential
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organised, reliable, and able to multitask
- Comfortable using booking software and working independently
- A keen eye for presentation and detail
