Duties
- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Assist customers throughout their shopping experience, ensuring they receive personalized attention and support
- Handle inquiries via phone or in person, providing clear information about products, promotions, and policies
- Negotiate with customers to close sales effectively while maintaining positive relationships
- Manage product displays, stock levels, and merchandising to ensure an attractive and organized environment
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and meet sales targets
- Utilize IT systems for inventory management, sales processing, and reporting purposes
- Drive your own development by staying informed about product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings
Experience
- Proven experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence customer decisions positively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to operate IT systems confidently for sales transactions and record keeping
- Valid driving license is advantageous for roles involving B2B (business-to-business) interactions or product deliveries
- Demonstrated time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Prior experience in B2B sales or working with clients directly can be a plus but is not essential
