We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Restaurant Team Leaders.
Team Leaders form the core of any successful team are responsible for the daily running of a shift. They work alongside the Senior Management Team to ensure that high levels of customer service are met at all times and ensure that the team adheres to all brand standards.
The Job Role – Responsible for:
· You will form part of the team responsible for the day to day running of the restaurant
· Helping to train new staff members to be part of an energised and engaged team
· Organising team members for the day ahead
· Working directly with the kitchen, bar and senior management teams
· Greet, serve and look after our guests so they go home happy
· Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety
· Work with the team to create a friendly and relaxed atmosphere
· Know the menus inside out, making recommendations to our guests
· Provide excellent customer service and ensuring all employees are following your example
- Continually corrective coach and encourage staff to meet new levels of customer service
· Strong understanding of the POS system
· Duty Manager Shifts
