Summary
The Governing body at Lordsgate C of E Primary are looking to appoint a Catering Assistant who will assist in the kitchen in preparation for lunchtime.
This role is term time only and pay is pro-rata based. The hours of work are Monday Friday, 11am - 2pm.
The ideal candidate will be able to:
- Assist with the preparation and serving of meals
- Set up and clear dining areas before and after lunch service
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas
- Wash up and operate kitchen equipment as required
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
- Support the implementation of healthy eating practices
- Work cooperatively with catering staff and school colleagues
