Branch Assistant (Telesales & Trade Counter) – Aberdeen
Full-time | Permanent | In-Branch | Monday to Friday | 7:30am to 5:30pm
Looking for a hands-on role where no two days are the same?
We’re looking for a Branch Assistant to join our Aberdeen team – a friendly, close-knit environment where everyone plays a key part in the day-to-day running of the branch.
This is a varied and active role, combining trade counter sales, telesales, warehouse duties, and general branch support. If you enjoy being busy, working as part of a team, and getting involved in all aspects of the operation, this could be the role for you.

What you’ll be doing
- Serving customers on the trade counter and handling telephone enquiries
- Processing orders and preparing quotations accurately and efficiently
- Building relationships, developing accounts, and identifying sales opportunities
- Assisting with purchasing and general administration
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the branch, including picking orders and goods handling
- Maintaining a tidy, organised, and well-presented branch environment
- Making local deliveries when required
What we’re looking for
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
- A hands-on approach and willingness to get involved in all areas of the branch
- Good communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused manner
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A full UK driving licence (essential)
- Experience in electrical wholesale or a trade environment is an advantage, but not essential
- Product knowledge is helpful, but full training will be provided
