Job Title: Overhead Line Supervisor

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Overhead Line Supervisor to join our team and support overhead line network projects across the Southampton, Reading, Poole and Chichester areas.
The successful candidate will have strong experience working across LV, 11kV and 33kV overhead networks, with current SSEN authorisations/competencies highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate overhead line construction, maintenance and repair activities.
- Manage site teams and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required standards.
- Work across LV, 11kV and 33kV overhead line networks.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements.
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments and toolbox talks.
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, subcontractors and clients.
- Monitor work progress, quality and site documentation.
- Ensure all works comply with relevant industry standards and network procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Overhead Line Supervisor or in a similar senior overhead line role.
- Hands-on experience with LV, 11kV and 33kV overhead networks.
- Current SSEN authorisations/competencies are highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of electrical distribution networks and overhead line works.
- Good knowledge of health and safety requirements and site procedures.
- Ability to lead teams and manage site activities effectively.
- Valid UK driving licence.
- Willingness to travel across the project areas as required.
