Job Overview
We're looking for one or two skilled physiotherapists to join our growing, hands-on MSK and sports-injury clinic. You'll step into a clear, steady stream of clients — assessing, treating and rehabilitating a varied caseload, with the autonomy to run your own diary and the support of a clinical lead beside you. We are a growing clinic trusted by consultants, GPs and sports professionals across the area. Hands-on treatment is central to how we work.
Responsibilities
Clinical
- Deliver high-quality, hands-on physiotherapy — manual therapy, exercise-based rehab and strength & conditioning
- Manage post-operative, sports-injury and return-to-play caseloads
- Turn assessments into clear treatment plans patients understand and commit to, using behaviour-change principles to get the best results
- Keep patients engaged, rebooked and progressing through to full recovery
- Maintain accurate, professional clinical records
Beyond the clinic
- Contribute to our wider offering — Pilates and sports massage — or upskill into these with our support
- If it appeals, deliver home visits to patients across the local area
- Deliver a consistently excellent patient experience that reflects the Resync name
About You
You get real fulfilment from community-focused work and feeling connected to the people around you. You love the buzz of helping people see results quickly, and you're driven by empowering patients through education — giving them the tools to stay well for the long term.
Essential
- Degree in Physiotherapy and HCPC and CSP registration
- 2–3 years' post-qualification MSK experience (we'll consider less for the right person who's committed to learn and progress)
- NHS MSK and orthopaedic experience
- A confident, skilled hands-on / manual therapist
- Strong exercise-rehabilitation and S&C knowledge
- Experience with post-operative and sports-injury rehabilitation
- Excellent communication and a genuinely patient-centred approach
- A commercial mindset - comfortable converting assessments into treatment plans and retaining patients to full recovery
Desirable
- Pilates instruction and/or experience delivering group exercise classes
- Experience in a private clinic setting
What We Offer
- Full training in our unique Resync Method - the clear, effective process behind our results
- Weekly training with our clinical lead, especially in your first few months
- Plenty of CPD, including coaching and clinical-sales development
- A clear path to progress: a permanent contract for the right person after a successful three-month review period
- A genuinely good work–life balance in a friendly, supportive clinic where your work shapes people's recovery
Benefits (after an initial review period): a pair of trainers, discounted membership at our local gym, and a conversation about the benefits that suit you.
