Overview
We are seeking a talented and professional Nail Technician to join our vibrant beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering exceptional guest services, with expertise in nail care, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and other beauty treatments. Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail treatments including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art with precision and creativity.
- Apply eyelash extensions and assist clients with specialised beauty services such as makeup application and deep tissue massage.
- Deliver excellent guest services by understanding individual needs and providing tailored recommendations.
- Manage front desk duties including appointment scheduling, client check-in/out, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Utilise management skills to oversee daily operations, stock levels, and maintain hygiene standards in compliance with health regulations.
- Engage with clients through social media management to promote services, special offers, and showcase work via platforms such as Instagram or Facebook.
- Upsell additional treatments or products to maximise client satisfaction and revenue opportunities.
- Assist with barbing or other specialised grooming services if qualified.
- Maintain a clean, organised workspace ensuring all tools and equipment are sterilised and well-maintained.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role within the beauty industry.
- Certification in nail technology, eyelash extensions, makeup application or related fields preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Experience in management or social media management is advantageous for contributing to team growth initiatives.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly yet professional demeanour.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently whilst maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of health & safety standards relevant to beauty treatments.
