Overview
We are looking for someone with one or two years experience with air conditioning systems to join our dynamic team as an Air Conditioning Improver and become part of a team. Training is provided in this role, as you will assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your technical skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to comfortable, climate-controlled spaces for our clients. Duties
- Assist in the installation and assembly of air conditioning units following detailed schematics and technical specifications
- Support senior technicians with routine maintenance tasks to ensure systems operate smoothly and efficiently
- Conduct equipment repairs, troubleshoot system issues, and replace faulty components as directed
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to aid in system setup and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with team members to ensure safety protocols are followed during all phases of installation and repair
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and system diagnostics
- Support construction activities related to HVAC projects, including site preparation and equipment setup
Experience
- The applicant should be familiar with Daikin, Panasonic or Mitsubishi air conditioning systems.
- Mechanical knowledge with a strong interest in HVAC systems or related fields
- Familiarity with schematics, blueprints, or technical diagrams is highly desirable
- Prior construction experience or hands-on work in building environments is a plus
- Basic equipment repair skills with an understanding of air conditioning systems and maintenance procedures
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools, techniques, and safety standards
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients

Pay: £25,500.00-£27,000.00 per year
