We are general building construction company based in Central London, established in 1999. We undertake a wide variety of projects ranging from general building works, external refurbishment, refurbishment of commercial/residential properties to reactive maintenance works. Some of our clients include but are not limited to: Central Government Departments, Healthcare providers, Local Authorities, High-end Retailers, Charitable Organizations and Surveying Practises/Managing Agents. We are looking to take on a number of skilled carpenters to join our company on a permanent basis. An ideal candidate must have the following qualities:
- Be punctual.
- Be reliable.
- Must have a clean criminal record.
- Be willing to work on their own or within a team.
- Own their own set of tools although specialist tools will be provided.
- Measure for materials.
- Have experience in the residential and commercial sectors.
- be able to install 1st fix carpentry fixtures.
- Be able to to carry 2nd fix carpentry works.
- basic set of skills in most construction disciplines.
- Overall have a good knowledge in site tasks.
