At Arcadia, we believe that investing in our staff is just as important as investing in the children we care for. That's why we offer a 35-hour working week over four days, helping to promote a healthy work–life balance. We also provide three annual in-service days dedicated to professional development and team building. As an extra thank you, you'll also receive your birthday off, in addition to your annual leave entitlement.
