Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Domestic Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming environment for our guests. Duties
- Perform cleaning and housekeeping tasks to ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of designated areas
- Organise cleaning schedules and manage time effectively to meet operational deadlines
- Assist with laundry, organisation of supplies, and replenishment of consumables
- Maintain equipment and ensure all cleaning tools are used safely and appropriately
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address any specific requirements or concerns
- Support management in implementing health and safety protocols
- Utilise Microsoft Word, Outlook, and other IT tools to document tasks, update records, and communicate efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring a welcoming environment and responding promptly to client requests
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality, management, or customer service roles is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and general computer literacy
- Leadership qualities with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
- Previous experience in a domestic or hospitality setting is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for specific duties
- Driving license diserable.
