Responsibilities
- Provide professional hair cutting, coloring, styling, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences and needs
- Engage with clients at the front desk by scheduling appointments, answering questions, and upselling products or services to maximize revenue
- Offer mentorship and guidance to junior team members to foster skill development and teamwork
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to health and safety standards at all times
- Cultivate strong communication skills to ensure clients feel heard, understood, and satisfied with their experience
Experience
- Must be level 3 qualified
- Proven at least 1 years experience as a professional hairdresser or barber with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating technical proficiency
- Knowledge of store management principles including appointment scheduling, inventory control, and customer service excellence
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and team members effectively
- Prior mentoring or leadership experience is a plus but not mandatory; enthusiasm for teaching others is highly valued
- Ability to stay current with industry trends in hair styling, barbering, beauty treatments, and product knowledge
