Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist them in selecting menu items with enthusiasm and detailed knowledge.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high standards of service.
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain food safety standards by following proper handling, serving, and sanitation procedures.
- Prepare tables and assist in basic food preparation tasks when needed to support kitchen operations.
- Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management, ensuring prompt service for all guests.
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a positive attitude!
- Familiarity with serving protocols, food safety regulations, and basic culinary practices is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for billing, change calculation, and order processing.
- Experience with kitchen tasks or culinary environments enhances your ability to support overall restaurant operations.
