Looking for a varied, hands-on role where your skills make a real impact?
Based at our Hundred Acre Lane depot in Worksop, you’ll deliver a wide range of building maintenance work across our housing stock, including plastering, roofing repairs (working at height), drainage, tiling, concreting, and general repair and replacement works.
You’ll need an NVQ Level 2 (or above) in Bricklaying or Building Construction, along with solid experience in a building maintenance environment and strong technical skills. Just as importantly, you’ll bring excellent customer service skills and the ability to build positive working relationships with tenants and colleagues.
We’re looking for someone who can work independently, manage deadlines under pressure, and take a flexible, hardworking approach to the role.
The position includes participation in an out-of-hours rota, including evening and weekend working.
