As General Manager Designate, you'll be groomed to run your own site, with the flexibility to work across our estate as new openings come online. You'll need a genuine passion for craft beer, a driving licence and your own vehicle, and the hunger to grow into full GM responsibility.
What you'll be doing
Running the full bar and kitchen operation, coaching and developing your team, owning outlet social media, and putting together standout events. You'll have full P&L accountability, driving sales, championing craft beer and the Mad Squirrel brand, steering profit, managing labour and stock, and keeping cellar management tight. Above all, you'll set the standard for presentation and customer experience.
What we're looking for
At least a year of managerial experience, ideally in hospitality. Sharp people skills and a genuine love of great service. Confidence delegating and organising a busy team. A serious (or seriously growing) knowledge of craft beer, and a can-do attitude that doesn't quit.
