Salary – Permanent, Full Time – Monday – Friday (36 hours per week) – £35,225 - £37,650 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience
Holiday – 30 days per annum plus Bank Holidays

About the Role
As a Learning Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the effective delivery of learning support across the college's mainstream provision. Working closely with EHCP Coordinators, Learning Mentors, subject tutors and support staff, you will coordinate and monitor support plans to help learners achieve their full potential. The role involves overseeing the quality and effectiveness of support provision, contributing to learner progress reviews and Individual Learning Plans (ILPs), preparing specialist resources where required, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. You will provide guidance and direction to learning support staff, undertake performance reviews for direct reports, and liaise with curriculum teams to ensure support is tailored to learners' needs. ✔ Experience of team leadership and working effectively with teaching and support teams
