Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail oriented Short Form Editor! In this role, you will be responsible for editing and refining short form video content across various platforms, ensuring each piece is engaging, polished, and aligned with brand standards. This is role is initially 1-2 days of work per week with scope to increase hours depending on business demand.
Duties
- Edit and assemble short-form videos using CapCut.
- Optimize videos for various platforms including social media channels, websites, and internal communications.
Experience
- Proven experience in video editing with a strong portfolio showcasing short-form content across digital platforms.
- Familiarity with CapCut or similar editing software is preferred.
- Experience working with video formats optimized for social media channels such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.
- Strong understanding of video composition, storytelling techniques, and visual aesthetics.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently
- An interest in DIY and home renovation as the content is centred around a house renovation project.
