An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Inbound Sales Executive to join a growing UK business with a high-performing sales team.
You’ll work with warm inbound enquiries, build relationships with prospective clients and convert opportunities through a consultative sales approach. With a strong uncapped commission structure, realistic targets and genuine earning potential, this role is ideal for someone who is ambitious, commercially minded and motivated by results.
There is significant earning potential for strong performers, with top performers achieving five-figure monthly bonuses. Exceptional performers have achieved annual earnings of £100k plus!
The Role
- Handle and assess warm inbound enquiries to identify genuine sales opportunities
- Speak with prospective clients to understand their needs and objectives
- Progress opportunities from initial contact through to close
- Proactively engage UK-based businesses to generate and develop opportunities
- Build strong client relationships through ongoing follow-up and account management
- Maximise additional and repeat business from existing opportunities
- Work towards realistic weekly and monthly sales targets
- Represent the business at meetings, events and networking opportunities
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a performance-led sales role
- Confident communicating with a wide range of clients and decision-makers
- Strong consultative sales and influencing skills
- Commercially aware, proactive and self-motivated
- Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs
- Full UK driving licence
