Construction Labourer – Student Accommodation Refurbishment

Job Description
TimesGroup Ltd are looking for a reliable and hardworking Construction Labourer to join our team on a student accommodation refurbishment project in Canterbury.
You will be supporting our electricians and plumbers as they complete refurbishment works across multiple student apartments. This is a well-organised site with consistent work available throughout the duration of the project.
The role is ideal for someone with previous construction site experience who is happy to work as part of a team and take pride in keeping the project running efficiently.
Duties will include:
- Assisting electricians and plumbers with installation works
- Transporting and distributing materials around site
- Keeping work areas clean, tidy and organised
- Removing waste materials and maintaining good housekeeping
- Assisting with loading and unloading deliveries
- Supporting trades with general site duties as required
Requirements
- Valid CSCS Card (Essential)
- Previous construction site experience
- Good attitude and strong work ethic
- Physically fit and able to carry materials safely
- Punctual, reliable and able to work well within a team
- Own PPE including safety boots, hard hat, hi-vis vest and gloves
