The Role
We’re looking for a hardworking and reliable Labourer to join our installation team. This is a hands-on, outdoor role, working on a variety of projects including swimming pool builds, landscaping, and general groundwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with all aspects of pool installation and construction.
- Supporting skilled tradesmen and site supervisors with daily tasks.
- Preparing and maintaining a clean and safe work area.
- Moving materials, mixing concrete, and operating basic tools and equipment.
- Loading and unloading materials and assisting with deliveries.
- Following instructions and working effectively as part of a small team.
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction, groundwork, or landscaping (preferred but not essential).
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn new skills.
- Good attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
- CSCS card beneficial but not essential.
