Overview
Join our café team as a Café All Rounder, working day shifts in a busy independant garden centre cafe.
Must be flexiable and able to work weekday and weekends.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders efficiency.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, following quality standards
- Run the pot wash with calmness and efficiency
- Maintain food safety standards by adhering to hygiene protocols and proper storage practices
- Serve food and beverages to customers promptly while providing excellent customer service
- Keep the café environment clean and organized by tidying workstations, clearing tables, and sanitizing surfaces regularly
- Manage cash register operations with basic math skills for accurate transactions and change handling
- Support team members during busy periods by assisting with various tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations
Skills
- Knowledge of food safety procedures and best practices for hygiene and cleanliness
- Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment with friendly professionalism
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
