The established building surveying team of this global real estate consultancy work with premium landlord and investors in the commercial real estate sector.
They currently seek a Chartered Building Surveyor at Senior or Associate Director level to work on one of their key accounts, a commercial REIT who own large parts of Londons West End. Work will include undertaking projects up to £2m and professional work including pre acquisition and vendor surveys.
You will ideally be MRICS, have a min 4 years' experience in building consultancy delivering projects, contract admin and technical due diligence surveys. LG255
