Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Work From Home Industrial Recruiter to work exclusively on behalf of one of our key clients in the warehouse and transport sector. This role offers the flexibility of remote working while contributing significantly to the recruitment drives our client needs. The ideal candidate will have a recruitment agency background in industrial sectors with experience of candidate sourcing and matching to job roles and a solid understanding of human resources processes. You are fully accountable to reach the clients targets which also involves having a mobile to receive all timesheet information and stay in contact with agency workers on site and any client needs - most of the communication with client is by email from site managers and HR. You will need to be a self starter and able to manage your working day effectively and be able to priortise filling bookings first.
Duties
- Utilise Indeed, Total jobs and Linked in
- Conduct relationship management activities with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews via virtual platforms to assess candidate suitability
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities within our inhouse system
- Collaborate with the HR team and site managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies
- Manage social media accounts to promote job openings and attract diverse talent pools
- Assist in onboarding processes and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams
Experience
- Proven experience in industrial recruitment or FMCG background ideally within an industrial, warehouse environment understanding various Fork Lift Truck licences
- Familiarity with applicant tracking system and day to day of recruitment processes
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport remotely with candidates and owners
- Experience with social media management for recruitment purposes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote setting
- Prior experience in managing recruitment key accounts is desirable
