About the role
We’re looking for a friendly, warm, and energetic waiter/food runner to join our Platapian Soho team. This role involves serving guests, delivering dishes promptly, and supporting the floor to ensure seamless service. It’s perfect for someone who thrives in a lively hospitality environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer care.

What you’ll do:
- Support smooth service flow by running food and assisting the front-of-house team
- Provide a warm, professional, and memorable experience for every guest
- Maintain high presentation standards and a clean, organized dining floor
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and floor staff to keep service running effortlessly
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality environment
- A positive, guest-focused mindset with great communication skills
- Strong teamwork ethic and the ability to stay composed during busy shifts
- Basic understanding of food service flow and dietary awareness
