We're looking for an ambitious, self-motivated individual to help grow an award-winning residential and commercial finance brokerage through digital marketing and business development.
This isn't a 9-5 role where someone is watching the clock.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll be responsible for generating business opportunities through a combination of digital marketing and proactive follow-up.
Your role will include:
- Creating engaging videos and content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
- Filming, editing and scheduling social media content.
- Creating graphics and promotional material.
- Setting up and managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Optimising campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
- Following up every lead generated through advertising.
- Contacting accountants and professional firms following our direct mail campaigns.
- Booking qualified appointments for the Director.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and ensuring every opportunity is followed up professionally.
What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements
✅ Proven experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
✅ Excellent telephone sales and appointment-setting skills.
✅ Confident speaking with business owners and professional firms.
✅ Experience creating engaging video content for social media.
✅ Excellent communication and organisational skills.
✅ Self-motivated and capable of working without constant supervision.
Experience within financial services, property, mortgages or B2B sales would be an advantage but is not essential.
