Total Sports is one of Yorkshire's leading providers of children's holiday clubs. We deliver exciting football-based holiday camps where children aged 5–12 enjoy action-packed days full of games, competitions, challenges and team activities.
We're looking for enthusiastic Football Coaches and Assistant Coaches to join our growing team in York and Harrogate for the reast of Summer (August and the first week of September)
What you'll be doing
- Deliver fun, engaging football sessions suitable for all abilities.
- Create a positive, safe and inclusive environment.
- Encourage children to build confidence, make friends and stay active.
- Lead games, tournaments and team challenges.
- Work alongside other coaches to ensure every child has an amazing experience.
- Help set up and pack away equipment each day.
We're looking for people who:
- Have experience working with children (schools, sports clubs, holiday clubs or similar).
- Are enthusiastic, energetic and reliable.
- Have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Can inspire children through fun and engaging activities.
- Are punctual, professional and positive.
Essential Requirements
- Experience working with children.
- Ability to lead or support football activities.
- Willingness to complete an Enhanced DBS check (if not already held).
- Right to work in the UK.
Desirable (but not essential)
- Introduction to Coaching Football or UEFA C.
- Sports coaching, teaching or childcare qualification.
- First Aid qualification.
- Safeguarding Children certificate.
