Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and Asian cuisines, adhering to quality and hygiene standards
- Serve customers in a courteous and professional manner, taking orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including tables, counters, and kitchen equipment
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the till system
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
- Follow food safety protocols at all times to uphold hygiene standards
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service
Experience
- Previous barista experience is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
- Knowledge of food safety procedures is advantageous
- Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment is beneficial
- Strong time management skills are essential to prioritise tasks efficiently
- Ability to work well as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
- Language: Chinese preferred
