Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our vibrant dining establishment. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff to ensure smooth service delivery
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring quality standards are met consistently
- Manage team schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance to promote a motivated and efficient workforce
- Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene across all areas
- Assist in food production, including preparing ingredients and supporting kitchen operations as needed
- Serve as a point of contact for customer enquiries, resolving issues promptly to guarantee guest satisfaction
- Monitor stock levels, place orders for supplies, and manage inventory effectively
- Uphold hospitality standards by creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff alike
- Lead by example in demonstrating professionalism, teamwork, and excellent service skills
Experience
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and food production processes
- Experience in managing teams, with demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Familiarity with restaurant service procedures including serving and hospitality practices
- Previous hotel or barista experience is advantageous but not essential
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently under pressure

Pay: £13.00-£13.50 per hour
