Enteral Product Manager
Location: Field-Based with travel across the UK and attendance at Head Office (Selby) at least once per month
Reporting to: Head of Categories
About the Role
GBUK Group is seeking an experienced and clinically minded Enteral Product Manager to lead and develop our enteral product portfolio. This is a highly collaborative role combining product management, clinical expertise, sales support, customer engagement, supplier management, and product development.
You will act as the product expert for our enteral range, supporting sales and clinical teams with training, product launches, market insights, and customer-facing activities. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external manufacturing partners, you will help maximise product performance throughout its lifecycle while supporting innovation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the enteral product portfolio to drive growth and profitability.
- Provide product training, field coaching, demonstrations, and clinical support to sales and customer teams.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for product improvements and range extensions.
- Support product launches, change control activities, and new product development projects.
- Act as the first point of contact for product-related enquiries and technical support.
- Maintain product specifications, technical documentation, and sales support materials.
- Contribute to tenders, advisory meetings, industry events, and customer engagement activities.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Marketing, Operations, Sales, Clinical, Purchasing, and supplier partners to ensure successful product management and delivery.
About You
Essential:
- Healthcare or medical device industry experience.
- Experience in product management, sales, sales training, or customer-facing roles.
- Clinical qualification (e.g., Registered Nurse or equivalent).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial awareness with a customer-focused mindset.
Desirable:
- Product development or new product introduction experience.
- Project management experience.
- NMC registration or equivalent professional registration.
- Knowledge of enteral products and the NHS marketplace.
