About the Role
This is a key role providing administrative, reception, HR, project and marketing support to our staff, clients and volunteers, working closely with the Interim CEO and Clinical Lead. As Office Manager, you will be central to the smooth day-to-day running of A.C.E and often the first point of contact for clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing internal and external referrals, enquiries and confidential client records
- Coordinating referral pathways and supporting clinical staff
- Collecting, maintaining and analysing data for monitoring and reporting
- Supporting HR administration including contracts, DBS checks, training records and inductions
- Assisting with project planning, compliance and budget monitoring
- Providing reception duties and ensuring office health, safety and safeguarding procedures are followed
- Supporting marketing activities, including social media management and events administration
About You (personal specifications)
Essential:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Confidence handling confidential and sensitive information
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, databases, email)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Professional, welcoming and reliable with a strong sense of responsibility

Desirable:
- Experience in the charity, health, social care or voluntary sector
- HR administration experience (contracts, DBS, staff records)
- Data analysis or report preparation skills
- Social media or marketing experience
- Project or budget administration experience
