About the Role
As a Food & Beverage Server at Cromlix, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional, memorable experiences to our guests. From breakfast through to dinner service, you will be part of a team that prides itself on attention to detail, warmth, and genuine hospitality.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing outstanding, personalised service across our restaurant and bar
- Building rapport with guests and anticipating their needs
- Delivering food and beverage service to the highest standards
- Working closely with the kitchen and wider team to ensure seamless service
- Maintaining a deep knowledge of menus, wines, and offerings
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
- A positive, professional, and team-focused attitude
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial, but not essential
- A desire to learn and grow within a high-performing environment
